Terms
Contractor Pay pays independent contractors for businesses and files their tax forms as the business's agent. It is not employee payroll. Each business alone decides whether the people it pays are independent contractors; this service does not make, review or suggest that decision.
Money is moved by Stripe. Contractor Pay never holds it in its own bank account. Payments made outside the service and recorded here are reported as "reported by payer".
